Lauren Nails & Spa

This was my first time trying this nail salon and i must say it wasn’t the best first impression. I paid for 2 pedicures and a set of nails plus tips ($180 total). When I got my pedi everything went well no complaints on that other than one of the lady’s kept asking me over and over again if I wanted other services and I kept telling her no I was good but she asked more than twice. However my friend I brought to get her pedi the next day her toe was swollen since I think the person doing her pedi cut her cuticles too much. Then I asked for a specific nail design and explained to the lady of you can’t do it then it’s fine just give me a regular color and square shape bugs she insisted she could do almond and the design I requested as shown in the below pics. I explained to the lady that the gold effect on the nails was is a 3D gold powder effect and she kept telling me the painting it on looked fine which I told her it didn’t look right she insisted it looked better the way she was doing it. I honestly felt like she rushed through my nails because when I said I didn’t like the gold she kept saying she was hungry and ready to go home. I spent $70 on the nails alone and when leaving I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my nails but they weren’t going to listen to me saying I didn’t like them and brush it off like they did when I told them about the 3D gold effect. When I got home to really look some of the nails are leaning a different direction, some are longer than other nails and the gold now looks like a bronze so it just doesn’t pop like it should looks very dull. Wanted to share my experience but definitely will not be returning.

First time here today, and wow! Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I had Lauren as my nail tech. She did a fabulous job. All of my nails are even, straight and beautiful! I'll definitely be coming back.

I followed a family member's recommendation to try Lauren's for my daughter's quinceanera nails. 5 of us walked in and all 5 of us were sat immediately, everything we requested was met and exceeded! The care and expertise, Lauren and her crew have are phenomenal! The location was easy to find and clean inside.

First time going to that place and I’m somewhat happy and somewhat unsatisfied with the way my nail set came out. Some of the nails were left uneven or crooked, now matter what angle I turned them, you can see the unevenness of them. I asked if she could make my nail path look straight and she said she would, but didn’t fix it like other places would do. The nails were bulky and the tips of the nails were left thick and unpainted. In One of my nails she tried to add another coat to fix an error but you can clearly see the new coat instead of doing that nail again or redoing that area. She had also left some nail polish on the tip of my finger, I had to remove that myself. Overall experience: Guest service was good, felt welcomed and all, I just didn’t like how my nails came out. I’m thinking of going somewhere else and getting them taken off and redone.

Mrs Lauren welcomed me with open arms. She is so sweet and knows what she doing. Let's not forget the lovely Mrs.Kim who done my toes beautiful. Mrs Lauren and Mrs. Kim are very sweet and good at what they do. I got fullset and toes done. Also Mrs Lauren took care of my eyebrows and nails. This Is now my new nail place. I recommend anyone to stop here you won't regret it. Even the prices are reasonable.
