2025-11-23I went to get a balance on my nails. The nail tech Ann butchered my nails. I told her I want it narrow, but not too narrow. She filed off a huge part of my middle finger making my nails look like I almost had only half a nail. When I brought it to her attention she was very rude and disrespectful. I called the manager and he wanted to have her fix my nails look and I told him that I don’t trust her doing my nails because of how difficult it is for her to take criticism. This place uses to be so good at nails and ever since their management changed it went downhill. The nail tech was rushing and was not trying to take her time to do my nails. I will never go here again!

(THANK YOU!) Always feel like I’m family when I am there. Nails look so great after each visit! And pricing is very reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else!
