Milan Nail Lounge was honestly amazing. Five Stars! I’m the daughter :) me and my mom went and I got Christmas themed acrylic nails and my mom got dark red nails which was outstanding. I totally recommend going to Milan Nail Lounge for special occasions. It’s a little expensive but worth it. You will get %15 off of your first visit!!!! Zena and Kathy were great when they did our nails! Thank you so much!!!

I am all about the reviews, especially when I am new to the area. I do not live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. A Google search lead me hear, after reading the reviews both good and bad because you have to take into account everyone's opinion, I drove 30 minutes to get my nails and toes done. I was not disappointed in any way! I was promptly greeted as I was in the door, not by one but two managers/owners, I told them it was my first time, I saw the special on their website and Google and what I wanted. I asked questions and they were happily answered. After choosing my services I was escorted to the VIP area for my pedicure (because of the one I chose) Pedicure II Lusso Pedicure, Julie did my Pedicure and it was great. She didn't rush through it, she listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! Ann did my nails while my Pedicure was happening. I have an acrylic overlay and wanted a design. It turned into 5 designs and a wonderful time figuring out what to put where, Ann was very detail oriented and meticulous and didn't stop until everything was perfect! In the end I wanted to make sure she was happy with her work more than if I was happy with what she did lol We had a great time together. I also got an eyebrow wax which Ann did and she made my unruly eyebrows look great! Oh and my cocktail, the orange lover (#6) was delicious and I was even given a complimentary water with lemon I didn't ask for, top notch service for sure! All in all I enjoyed my morning at the salon, I was very well taken care of, checked on by the owners, Julie and Ann were amazing and did a wonderful job and I am very happy with how my nails and toes came out! I will definitely be back! Side note: people have complained about extra costs, yes you have to pay for removal and designs thats part of the service, it's extra work to take off what you had on and add the extra stuff you want. It takes time. I was there three hours start to finish. That time is money. Removing, adding, designing, finishing. If you dont want to pay, take it off yourself, don't get designs, don't be extra if you don't want to pay for extra AND it is clearly stated in their pricing menu at the front desk for you to see, it's not hidden in any way shape or form! I usually shy away from trying new nail salons but I wanted to take a chance trying this salon, and I’m glad that I did ! The inside of the nail salon is beautiful , and very aesthetic. The staff is nice , the place is clean , the service is amazing , and the drinks are insanely good ( espresso martini ) . I asked for dark red cat eye nails and my nail tech delivered!! I forgot to take a picture after I got my nails so my photo isn’t the best since my nails have grown out … but give this nail salon a chance. It’s truly a great new gem !

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! I went about an hour before closing after work and I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Plus, they serve cocktails! I got to sip on a margarita while getting a beautiful French tip manicure. It was the perfect way to unwind, and my nails look amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Micheal did my pedicure, John did my dip + tip manicure, and Julie did my husband’s pedicure. All three were so excellent. This is the best nail salon experience I have ever had. The front of the house/hostess was friendly and helpful. So were the people checking on us and providing drinks (perhaps management?). The atmosphere and equipment were elevated. If you’re looking for a place to go, this is it.
