Very disappointed. My pedicure was nice, so no complaints there — but the rest of my experience was awful. I asked for a builder gel set, and it was clear my tech didn’t want to do it. From the start, I could tell he didn't like the service I chose. He seemed irritated, it made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. Honestly, I almost told him to just do acrylics instead if it was going to be a problem. When he finished removing my old set, he asked how long I wanted my natural nails. I was confused because no one’s ever asked me that before, so I said, “I don’t know, whatever you think is best.” Then I realized he wasn’t planning on adding tips — which would’ve been fine if he’d clarified that when he first asked, especially since I came in with artificial tips already. I apologized and explained the misunderstanding, even though it wasn’t really my fault, and the whole thing just made me more uncomfortable. When I tried to point out that some of my nails were crooked, he kept arguing and turning my hands around trying to “prove” they weren’t. At that point, I just gave up and said it was fine. I posted picture below. They are crooked as heck y'all!! Then, as he started applying the builder gel, the entire salon came over to watch — like it was some kind of show. 3 techs and another client( sitting next to me) were literally just watching and talking about it, which made me sooo gosh dang uncomfortable. Especially since I wanted to relax and listen to my audio book. When all was said and done, it was $155 plus a $31 tip (yes, I still tipped because it’s the right thing to do) That being said, I tipped in cash because I know thats preferable, but they guy didnt even seem appreciative. Did he think he was entitled to more because of "how complicated" the set was?! It was so odd. Now I have to pay even more somewhere else to get them fixed. 🥲 Small side note- Good thing I brought my own water. I dont drink alcohol but I know salons usually offer at drinks and/or water. This is the first nail salon I've been to that doesn't even offer a water with service. I really regret coming here and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Looks like I’m still on the hunt for a good nail place that’s not all the way in San Antonio.

They were so nice and did exactly what I asked for! Their customer service was amazing, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

I was looking for a place here in town for a good pedicure and I received and awesome one from Alexander! He would make sure I was always satisfied and paid attention to detail. The acupuncture during my pedicure was very relaxing. Will be returning!:)

Overpriced for barely any pressure on massage and polish left on skin plus more. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I went here after having issues with the last place, I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they did them perfectly!!! I couldn't be happier with the quality and attention to detail! I will definitely be back!
