Happened to have cancellation so I was able to get a builder gel manicure and pedicure. She followed the design I showed her and did a great job! Highly recommend. Salon is clean, quiet, prices are fair.

As I am "one of those =\ " who notices every detail of any sort of work being done on/for me.. I want to say that after trying several nail shops in Kerrville where mostly the overall results were disappointing or techs actually didn't care, walk-ins over appts, old products, feeling taken for granted despite being very very generous tip-wise/holiday$$, I recently took a chance on the shop Queen's. ->Jennifer, there, did not in any way disappoint and tho it was a very late day appt, and she must have been tired, she stayed and made sure that the dip mani and spa/shellac pedi were exactly as the photo I brought her. She remained cheerful and professional thru out and ended my session with a nice neck massage! Gorgeous nail work, spaced appts for one/one privacy, quiet, relaxed environment. I fully recommend Jennifer, and if you want to make an appt at Queen's, best to TEXT her or your call could be sent to a voicemail if she's with a client.

My nails turned out okay, I’ll update on longevity. Main reason for lower rating is my poor cuticles got butchered on one hand. I had no tears/lifting and now 4 out of 5 fingers have open wounds. Some glue was still on skin. A massage is referenced, but I didn’t receive one so Im not sure if its only for appointments or by request. I wanted to love them, but I can’t say I will return.

Was charged 125$ 2 sets, nails that didn't even look close to the pictures. The first photo is what my daughter wanted, the second is what she got. I've been getting my nails done for 15+ nails and have NEVER been charged that much for such a simple design, and poorly done. Will never go back.

Fantastic experience! Relaxing and Top Notch experience! My wife talked me into getting a pedicure with her. She was blown away by the atmosphere and the care they took. They use organic products (no chemicals so no strong acrylic smell), relaxing music and have the ambiance of a spa. Donna and Tom were fantastic and it was a super relaxing, painless, enjoyable experience! We'll be back for sure! You should check them out.
