Lotus Nail Bar

I’ve given this salon two chances, and both times have been disappointing. On both visits they made me bleed during my service, which should never happen. Today was especially bad. The woman doing my toes had an attitude because I didn’t like the color she picked, and she actually threw the color swatches into my hands while my nails were still wet—ruining the polish she had just finished. I also paid extra for cat-eye polish, and it started coming off in less than an hour. On top of that, they charged me an additional fee just to cut my nails shorter, even though I had already paid for a full manicure. That was never disclosed beforehand. Unprofessional, careless, and completely not worth the money. I won’t be returning.

My FAVORITE place! The best service! They know what I want better than I do. I love it here. I have been bringing my daughter here since they opened. Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always make sure you are 100% 😌 satisfied. Really treat you well every single time. Full Diamond Pedicure is the BEST and the staff always gets the nails perfect on my hands to match as well!!!

Kind, efficient, and excellent service! I dropped in last minute since I’m heading out of town for the weekend and just needed a pedicure. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. and left a little after 10:45— she took her time and did an amazing job. They saw me quickly and respected my requests without trying to upsell anything, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the staff is friendly. Holly did a wonderful job, and I loved the massage. Definitely come in and ask for the Diamond Pedicure — you won’t regret it! 💎💅 oh and you get free drinks🍷🥂

First time, excellent service! I wanted dip on my natural nails. I received dip in color 357. Jimmy was very gentle when removing my prior nail color. Nina helped take off my old color before she switched with Jimmy. Tran had excellent customer service! After all was done, Jimmy turned me into a Barbie.💕💕💕

My mom and I had a great first experience here yesterday. We aren’t regulars when getting manis or pedis done, and we didn’t know where we wanted to go. We found Lotus Nail Bar and decided to give it a try! 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back! Nina did such a good job on my pedi and I will be back to ask for her next time. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. Glad to have found a place that I’d come back to and recommend to others!
