It is usually very awkward trying to explain what exactly I’m looking for, to the point I give up and choose nails that are easy for me to explain. After the first nail we realized it wasn’t what I was looking for based of the picture I showed and Natalie was kind enough to remove the nail and figure out exactly what I wanted even after asking her if another style would be easier. She said “yes, but is that what you want?”. It has been way too long since I’ve had a nail tech actually care and help make sure I didn’t just settle for what was easier. Then she did an amazing job!! I really appreciate her for that!!
