Not the best experience…. So I asked for a gel set nude tone color to both hands and feet. However clear only polish had been applied. I asked to please add the color as I requested prior to the service. (Also I feel like the original manicurist was talking about me when I asked to please fix the polish color .😅But that’s neither here or there.) Anyway, I asked the Manicurist again to apply the same color polish to match my feet they did attempt to make it right by sending another manicurist to correct the color.. Day of manicure (gel set) the gel polish bubbled up on several fingers by the time I got back home. The bumpy polish was on several fingers and not smooth at all but it was most noticeable on my thumb. Not to mention after the manicure my thumb and index fingers have been itching like crazy. This is day 2 and not only has it bubbled up but the gel is pealing.Also my fingers are still itching. Btw the second manicurist had a great attitude however the technique overall wasn’t up to par as evidence by the ending result . His great attitude is the only reason I left a tip. Even tho it wasn’t a great job his cheerfulness made it more tolerable . Wont recommend this place to anyone tho.

Looks like I’ll be having to look for another nail tech. Recently fell off, David is gone. Only two people now, went three weeks ago, service was severely rushed. Nails fell off after two weeks- DAVID’S WOULD LAST FOR A MONTH. Despite me being a regular and always generously tipping there was no accountability or anything. Now they don’t even answer the phone since I’ve voiced my concern and they know I only want David to touch my nails. Gave Tom a chance and deeply regret it. Joe He cut my nails to nubs without asking assuming my nails were fake, when I ALWAYS get an overlay with David. David had my nails strong and healthy. Now I’ve had to start over completely! Looks like I’ll be trying Cesar’s nail spa off of Westheimer. They seem more organized and have better customer service. At the end of the day it’s my money making them richer, not the other way around.

They went above and beyond to help service me and make sure I felt comfortable with the service I was getting. I was absolutely in love with my nails, and when I asked her to correct something she was more than willing to do so.-update came back three weeks later and I’m very glad I did. Their service is amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I went in just for a manicure, but they didn’t even finish filing my nails properly. Worse, they over-filed my natural nails, leaving them extremely thin, weak, and bendy. The technician who attended me seemed to be in a bad mood, possibly because I came in with a previous set on. I told her I just wanted a shellac manicure, but she kept pushing me to get powder instead, saying my nails weren’t in good enough condition—even though I didn’t want that. She kept increasing the prices, and in the end, told me the shellac would cost the same as a full new set, which made no sense. I decided to just get my previous nails removed, but she didn’t even do that properly. My nails were left in horrible shape (as shown in the photo). I felt uncomfortable during the whole visit. And when I asked about changing the service, I honestly felt she filed the nails on my left hand even more aggressively—now that hand is way more fragile than the right. I left feeling really upset and unsatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Beautiful & spacious nail salon, clean, staff are friendly, they took their time and did a great job. To top it off they have soft drinks, wine, and Mimosas. They make sure you leave satisfied with your nails and asked for my approval every step of the way.
