T's Spa Nail

I had initially removed a review on this nail salon. I had posted that when I had gone in February 2025 for a nail appointment, the manicurist, Christine (who is so lovely) had nicked my cuticle on my right Pinky. A couple of weeks later, I noticed that it was taking a while to heal and then a scab formed. I had removed that review because I didn't want to cast any negativity on the nail salon, which by the way, does great service. It was more of a public service announcement that they must really clean their tools. I had spoken to the nail salon about a month ago to let them know that I have removed that posting but that I wanted them to be aware that I have a nail infection in which I am in great pain. I wanted them to know to make sure that all their manicurists are properly cleaning their tools. I'm posting today as a follow-up to let them know that I am now scheduled for surgery. The infection has spread to my bone. This is a serious matter. I thought it was just a topical infection that can happen to anyone. But when surgery is involved, I must let the public be aware. I'm not saying do not go to them, I'm saying be wise. This can happen to the best of us. The nail salon assured me that they do properly clean their tools. Which I believe. But again, things happen. To all nail salons: make sure you clean your tools, because anyone can get this infection and come to find out it can cause amputation. Thank God that's not needed in my case. Just be aware, make sure that if you are nicked, make sure you put antibiotic cream on it so that an infection doesn't get past the nail bed.

Poor customer service! Hours don’t match the door. I believe I was racially profiled, despite the price posted I would’ve paid $200 for what I wanted, oh well, their loss. I do not recommend this location! Go to the hood, they treat you better.

I came into the salon and I did not like my finished look (picture on the left). The receptionist told me to come back in to have them fixed even though it was close to closing time. Nina fixed my nail shape and I am just SO in love with the final outcome. The staff was very accommodating! Nina did such an amazing job!!!

The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with heartfelt conversation—thanks in no small part to Tommy, whose presence enriches the experience even further. For anyone seeking exceptional beauty services, including nails and facials, I wholeheartedly recommend T’s Nail Spa. It is a place where skill, kindness, and community come together in the most meaningful way.

Hands down, T’s Spa Nail is a great place to go. The owner is hardworking and so great with all the guests who come in. Christine, nail tech, is our favorite and amazing at her craft.
