Azura Nail Salon Bar

So I come in with 2 others. Total 3 clients. I had a red polish taken off. Overlay pink acrylic (NOOOOO POLISH, NO BUFFING, NOOOO SHAPE) just pink acrylic overlay. The wrote the receipt out for five items Soak off (I didn’t soak off anything) File and shape (she did not file and shape a single nail) Cut and Trim (guess what… not a cut not a trim) Buff and color (base acrylic is ALL I got) File and shape (yup, you got it- not a big not a shape) Total: 66$ I have no problem paying for services. Typically leave 50-100$ tip. However… My advice pay attention to what you are being charged for. Pay attention to what you are paying for. If you are paying for a service (ANY service) make sure you are getting that service. Also, if you expect to be taken advantage of and (like me) don’t want to cause a scene, just ask for clarification and laugh about the repeated attempts at the associates to explain their mistakes while still charging you. Life is short and people should be honest and practice grace. I can show you 66$ worth of dishonest sales…. P.S: the young Afro nail technician, missed out on a pretty big tip because of this. Shame on you. Shame shame shame on all of you.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Azura Nail Salon Bar. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The salon was spotless, beautifully designed, and very relaxing. Ken was my nail technician for my pedicure, and he did an exceptional job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. His attention to detail was impressive, my feet feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Ken took his time to ensure the experience was both pampering and precise, which truly made the visit stand out. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and top-quality nail salon, I highly recommend Azura Nail Salon Bar. Be sure to ask for Ken, he is outstanding at what he does!

I’m super pleased. Heiley was so sweet ! She actually held conversation with me the entire visit ! I had a caramel apple drink and it was great in taste! We went shorter than usual since this is my first time here i want To see how long the product lasts me ! I will Be back

My mom got her nails done here by Tam and it was the best nail experience she’s ever had. She’s usually really wary about getting her nails done cause she has thin nails and it usually hurts her but Tam was super gentle and made her nails look gorgeous and feel pain free. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time here and I was not impressed. I went for a gel x set. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a fill. Every single time I said no I want a new set. They sat me at a table where I waited for 10 to 15 mins not knowing what was going on. Someone came and sat down with color books and before I could tell them the color. They left without a word. When I finally had someone start my nails, I was asked if I wanted to keep my length or cut down (indicating they were doing a fill) I once again said I wanted a new set. The nail tech started to put the wrong new nails on without asking if the length was ok or about the shape. Once that was corrected, the only good part of the experience was they got the design right for the most part. After that was done, I needed a color change for my toes. I sat in the chair and she started to take the old polish off. I was looking at designs on my phone and I look up to see her painting them already with out even asking what color I wanted. I had a wedding to go to so I didn't have time to change it. Finally I got an eyebrow wax and when I look at them, she missed half of the hairs that needed to be pulled. To top everything off, the nails look like they are already growing out (this was all done Saturday.....2 days ago) and in the over hour and a half I was there, not once was I offered a water or anything while everyone around me was enjoying cocktails.
