Nail Lounge in Greenville

Nail are pretty! But they took 5 hrs for my nails and my mom’s… then charged us for drinks. Great work, there just EXTRA slow!

extremely pleased!! they did these exactly as I wanted and I'm very happy with my pedicure as well. If you're not using this place then what are you even doing even doing? Great customer service very attentive really keen eye for detail with every service provided. Pictures don't even do these justice --they are 🙌🔥

If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up my nails months back and I let it go and decided to give them a second chance because my daughter wanted her nails done for an event so we went got right in I showed them the exact picture of what she wanted the First Lady wasn’t even the nail tech who did the nails so she relayed what my daughter wanted to the next lady never asked to see the picture so I showed her and then proceeded to do her nails completely wrong. I got up twice to tell her they were wrong and instead of starting over or fixing them she just did what she wanted and called it a day. Charged me 75 dollars on top of it no discount no apology nothing and when I complained and continued to point out that they looked nothing like the picture and after being there two hours I just paid for what my daughter got and left. I have pictures for reference to show just how OFF these nails are. We went to Greenville nail bar where my daughter got exactly what she wanted and they charged us less than this nail salon did to mess up completely and still no apology or even cared enough to fix it after telling her multiple times they were not even close. I will never come back or waste my money again here.
