LaVie Nails & Spa - Greenville, Texas

My experience here was far from ideal. I’ve tried to give this salon multiple chances to prove that my money was worth their services, and I always left wondering why I came and spent so much money in the first place. They charge outrageous prices for the awful service they provide. My nails were always chunky and thick, not filed down smoothly, and never cleaned up right. The polka nails? $85… for something I could’ve gone home and done myself. The milky white nails? $65… unbelievably sharp and not filed down correctly, and I had to go home and file them down myself. I do not want to pay outrageous prices for service that’s just not great. I’m very disappointed, and will not be coming here again.

I have been to many salons in Greenville. This is my nail place. Everyone is so nice. The place is clean and welcoming. Always happy when I leave. They always make sure they do exactly what you want and you are satisfied before you leave. I love LaVie!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My nails came out looking nothing like what I asked for — uneven, patchy, and just plain sloppy. The polish was lumpy, colors didn’t blend, and there was powder and residue left all around my cuticles. One nail was literally a completely different color, and when I pointed it out, they brushed it off like it was fine. When I had politely asked them to remove them so I could leave, they then asked me what was wrong with me and proceeded to try to make me feel bad about the design I chose. To make it worse, they still charged full price for a set that looks like it was done by a beginner practicing for the first time. I left feeling embarrassed and frustrated. I’ve had better results doing my own nails at home. Save your time and money — go literally anywhere else.

I rarely ever have my nails done and am an introvert so it's not the most comfortable experience, but Will did a great job and was kind and made me feel comfortable. He was very gentle. I've had nail techs file my skin before, but Will was careful and my nails turned out nice. I had him paint and shape my natural nails.

I love this place! I’m visiting from San Antonio and my mom comes here regularly. Now I understand why! Great service and they take their time. The foot massage and great care to detail was much needed. I will definitely be back!
