I had an amazing experience at this nail place! The guy who did my nails was Ton and he was super talented and made them look fantastic. He paid great attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the design. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and the staff were friendly. Definitely coming back here for my next manicure! The price was also great!

Went for the first time this past Wednesday. I noticed this location because they stayed open a little later so I went after work. I wanted tips and dip powder and I got a pedicure as well($45 and $45). I was happy because the workers were super friendly and the gentleman that did my nails held a conversation with me. During that time before he applied the dip I told him I was worried about the nails breaking and wanted to make sure they wouldn’t because I do heavy work so I needed them to be tough. He assured me they wouldn’t break so I left happy. Next day at work my nail broke then 2 other fingers chipped. I was a little upset because I made it clear that I wanted my nails tough but no matter I went back up there 2 days later and explained what happened and asked for acrylic and tip so my nails would be harder. The manager told me I would have to pay to take off the dip and for the work that was going to be done as well. (This upset me a little because if my nails would not have broke I would not have come back in but I needed them done). The removal process took a little longer and I was tired from work so I told my new nail tech to just dip my nails only and not to add any tips ( I figured I could save us both time) shape and everything came out well and he informed me to wash my hands. Then left and didn’t wait for me to see if I liked them or not. As soon as I washed my hands i noticed that the paint bubbled and I told the manager I wasn’t happy because it bubbled. Then the manager told me that since I got a darker color the powder that I chose would bubble. That didn’t make sense to me because other places don’t do that. If there was something wrong with that powder it should be thrown away. So I had to sit back down for them to put the color I wanted in polish over the dip so it wouldn’t look bubbly, that was fine. After everything it was time to pay. I was frustrated and ready to go then the manager asked me to pay $45 and said he wouldn’t charge me for the $5 of the take off. I asked him if I could get a little more discount ( not free) and he told me the best he could do was the $5. Looking at the prices online take off service is $10 and as I’ve stated I only got my nails dipped this time and no tips that price should have been $40 but he charged me $45 instead. I’m frustrated because they didn’t try to accommodate my time because again I would not have had to come up there for the second time if my nails didn’t break. And he didn’t even take off the “take off price” so not only did he not honor that but he charged me more. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

i love this place! tan always listens and he does such a great job!! i love my nails and this is will be go to place from now on! highly recommend if you want great service and beautiful nails. the lady that does my pedicures is wonderful and knows what she’s doing!! relaxed and happy!!!

I cannot rave enough about this nail salon! For the first time in forever, I felt genuinely listened to when explaining the nail shape I wanted. Ton, who did my nails, absolutely nailed it! ~pun intended. He took the time to really understand what I was going for, explained in detail what my last tech had done wrong, and showed me exactly how he’d fix it. He broke down why the previous shape looked off it wasn’t just the point, but the angles and proportions weren’t balanced. He made adjustments with care, asked for feedback along the way, and the end result was flawless. Sharp, clean, elegant exactly what I pictured. Tan did my toes and was just as amazing super gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked and felt perfect. Both of them made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you’re picky about nail shape like I am, or just want techs who actually listen and deliver, this is the place. Thank you Ton and Tan you both have a new regular!

I have really loved this place. They did one of the best sets I've ever had. Listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered!! The customer service is great and the staff is always friendly. Weekdays can be a little less relaxing because their kids will come to the spa after school but they do a good job of keeping them from disrupting the customers.
