I love this salon!! I’ve been twice now and both times have been the most amazing experience. Kim is my new favorite gal!! She was meticulous with the shape and took such great care of my nails. I am superrrr picky and get my nails done regularly! Kim was amazing and the salon as a whole is wonderful! Highly recommend to any one who will listen and will be back with all my friends!! Also such good pricing!! We usually get our nails done in Dallas and this was amazing priced!

I visited Castle Spa for the very first time and was so satisfied with my service here today. I got a builder gel set and a Jelly pedicure and I love the results. Mai and Tammy were my techs. For the first time In a while I was pampered at a nail salon. If you’re thinking about popping in please do. Tuan is also great with greeting you and giving information If needed.

One of the worst nail salons I have been to! What I have circled is a hair that was locked in with clear top coat… The first time wasn’t bad, I got an acrylic set when I came in two weeks for a fill they looked me up through my phone and name- they said I did dip so I couldn’t get a fill. I felt gaslit, I should have stood up for myself but whatever I just needed fresh nails for a work event and I really didn’t have time to waste. I did ask for a fresh acrylic set but the tech was very pushy “so you want dip” ok whatever I’ll get dip I felt like such an inconvenience. I just wanted to get whatever would make them happy. I did however ask for a round shape after she asked me what shape I wanted. I’m very particular when it comes to dip, that’s why I wanted round. She kept hurting me by overfilling even after I expressed my pain. Once it got to the shaping part she was filling them squared… ok why ask me what shape I want if you are going to do whatever you want… I did a walk in once they opened and I just felt rushed to get me out of there. The pedicure was nice though I will give them that but the gossiping wasn’t. Even though I couldn’t understand them I could read body language. This other employee came in around 09:30 she looked either Hispanic or middle eastern but every time she would walk by (she was setting her things up) they would side eye her and start talking. I’m really hoping it wasn’t about her but it just felt negative and made me feel uncomfortable.

Lindsey is incredible!! Extremely clean space, immensely talented staff! 10 stars! The best experience I’ve had at any nail salon in years!
