Absolutely loved my nails! 💅 The ombre pink-red gradient turned out even prettier than I imagined — shiny and elegant. The nail tech was super patient and detailed, and the shape is perfect! Definitely coming back for my next set! 💕

Came in expecting just a basic manicure but the staff at this establishment went above and beyond. We were a chatty group and the staff was extremely professional and kind, making sure we were taken care of and comfortable with some beer and wine. We had a really great time and left relaxed and feeling great with perfect nails. Very highly suggest Five stars A++++

I had such a great experience at Highland Nails! The service was exceptional from start to finish — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The technicians paid close attention to detail and really took their time to make my nails look perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a nice, calm atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. Definitely my new go-to nail spot in Highland Village/ Flower Mound! 💅🏼✨

Came for a relaxing spa day, and did not get that. The lady that did my nails was very rough. She was throwing my hands around and grabbing them in a rush. All the while making my hands look worse than when I came in. The ladies here were very rude. My visit lacked in customer service. This was dip… which usually looks very natural but the lady dipped my nails in the powder 6 times, which is very excessive from my previous experiences with dip nails. Although the lady that did my nails was very rough I let it slide in the moment hoping that even though she is very hostile, if my nails at least look good, I’ll be fine. But that was not the case. I’ll let the picture tell the rest of the story. I generally never post reviews but this was the worst nail experience I have ever had, both in friendliness as well as nail result. Will not return or recommend this nail salon.

OMG LOVE THIS PLACE!! Employees were super nice and wonderful! Nail art is amazing! My mom and I had the best experience!! Thai did a great job on my nails! He’s also my new bestie!! I love him so much! Totally recommend!
