Just look at the fabulous job Jessica did with this ombré look. It’s not something every tech can do. And Chhorvy pampered my feet so well! Me and two other people walked in to get our nails done right around 2pm. We did not have an appointment, but they got us in quickly and it seemed like all was going to go well. We had something we had to go and do by 6pm. So around 4pm, after two hours of us getting started and barely even getting one set of nails done, one of my party members asks about how long they think it might take. The lady that got asked this had a horrendous attitude problem. I never caught her name, but it’s the bigger girl that stands behind the counter and walks around checking up on everyone else’s stations. When she got asked about how long they think it might take, she gave us some excuse that only two people know how to do the acrylic nails. This was a lie however, as we saw at least 4 people doing the acrylic nail stations. They also put two other people who walked in after us ahead of us in line. Those other people that they let go ahead of us walked in about 25 mins after we had gotten there, and they had no appointment. She also decided that it was okay to roll her eyes at my party member every time she walked away or walked out of the store. This same lady also kept shaking her head every time one of us even remotely spoke up about anything. At some point, she began speaking to the lady who was taking care of my nails in another language. Up until this lady spoke to the girl doing my nails, the girl doing my nails had been doing wonderful. As soon as she said whatever she said to this lady, the girl doing my nails started cutting my cuticles with absolutely no care. She cut my fingers SEVEN TIMES. I was bleeding pretty steadily from at least three of those cuts, too. They also never gave me a top coat, and the design that they did on my nails came out streaky and looked absolutely awful. Seeing how my nails looked at the end actually made me want to cry. When I brought all of my concerns up to the other lady at the front desk (the one who did not have an attitude) she was very understanding and helped us out as best as she could. The lady who had the attitude decided to try and jump into the conversation I was having with the other girl and defend herself, so I had to straight up call her out for everything she was doing or saying. This place had the worst service I have ever received. They honestly should’ve given us a partial refund instead of a 10% discount. At least, I definitely should not have had to pay for a product that hurt me and didn’t even look at all like the picture I showed them. I don’t expect it to be perfect like the picture, but it didn’t even come close. Don’t come here if you want your nails to look decent, and you don’t want to deal with horrible attitudes from people who clearly hate working with the general public.

We had an amazing experience at this nail spa! My daughter’s nails turned out absolutely perfect and so elegant — exactly what she wanted. Mylinh was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire appointment. We felt so comfortable and pampered. Zac is an absolute gem! He consistently delivers the best dip manicures I’ve ever had—flawless finish, long-lasting wear, and zero lifting. On top of that, his nail designs are seriously the cutest.
