Love my nails so much. Eric did soooooo great on them. Everything is painted btw. He’s that good. I would definitely recommend. And everyone is so nice. Everyone had a friendly attitude. They’re just a little pricey.

This place is a scam, so disappointed I’ve wasted my time and hundreds of dollars here. First of all they overcharge for their manicures, I spent $88 on a short gel x set with a simple French tip (mind you that was apparently including a 10% off “coupon”) and gave a $15 tip on top of that. That wasn’t even the main issue, I got that specific set for my 2 week trip which I went on the next day and these nails didn’t even last a WEEK. Three of them popped right off….Ive gotten many gel x sets and never had that happen to me EVER. I was out of the country and figured I would resolve the issue with the salon as soon as I got back home from my trip. I took several pictures with the dates and also had kept the receipt thinking that should be enough. Haha I was wrong. I just got back yesterday and went there today and asked to speak to a manager to help me. Long story short she said all she could do was put three new nails on my bare fingers for free. I told her that makes no sense considering the other nails are already grown out it would ugly. She then said they could fix the other nails for a 20% discount. Tell me in what world does that make sense???? Why the hell should I give them any more money for THEIR mistake? I explained no I would either want them to provide me a new set or I want a refund. Which isn’t an insane ask considering I wasn’t able to enjoy my nails at all. Manager got an attitude with me and said “well if I do that for you then I’d have to do that for everybody.” Lady what?? I provided you proof and explained I couldn’t come in sooner because I was out of the country….she didn’t care and continued to be rude and unprofessional saying I should’ve called her as soon as it happened since it was their policy. Had no idea how I was supposed to know that but okay. What really angered me is she never apologized once and at one point even tried implying that I was the one at fault for the nails popping off that I probably hit my hands with something or whatever. In the end I asked if I could at the very least get the $15 tip back since her nail tech did a horrible job and she still refused and I just walked out. Worst management I’ve ever experienced in my life. The fact that you would treat a reoccurring customer like that as well blows my mind. I also didn’t get the name of the man who did my nails but I’d say RUN out of there if the manger puts you with him because you will most definitely be robbed of your money.

Christine & Johnny did an outstanding job today with my pedicure and manicure. It was my first time here. I received the milk and honey pedicure with the hot stones ! It was amazing. Their customer service was awesome and made me feel very welcome here. I’ll definitely be back next time I vacation here!

Amazing experience! I’ve been coming here for years but today was just amazing Jhoni really did everything he was supposed to do and followed my example picture to a T the atmosphere is always super nice and clean and quiet with a little bit of mingling in the background good shows are always on I just love this place. & the prices are just unmatched…

My service was subpar. My nails popped off in barely 1 week. A gentleman gave me what he called the "Tap" process. Looked like my grandson did it after I washed my hands the next day. I tried to use this salon just to give them business since I couldn't get to my regular tech , mistake !! 😑 The lady who did my pedicure was ok. I tried to call back and explain to the manager Angie and she seemed to have an attitude, too. I let this be a learning lesson for me. Just wait !! ✋️ It won't happen again. Glad you all had a better experience than myself. I wouldn't want this look to be a representation of the type of service I give to customers. Thanks for nothing !!
