Woodhouse Spa - Nolan Creek

I went to Woodhouse for a pedicure and had a wonderful experience. I was warmly welcomed and had a mimosa and neck warmer while waiting in the most relaxing reception room. I then had an excellent nail service by Kimera. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. On my way out I was given a cute gift bag with some self care items since it was my first visit. I will absolutely be back, from beginning to end the entire experience was great!!

This was my first time coming to Woodhouse for a massage and I was so thrilled with the whole experience! The spa is absolutely beautiful and you’re pampered immediately with a robe, shoes, a drink of your preference and you wait in a beautiful relaxing “quiet room”. It was so peaceful! Alicia did my massage and she was wonderful! I felt so relaxed and she truly listened to what I needed. I can’t wait to come back and have some ma time again soon!

My experience was EXCELLENT! Brandy was my massage therapist. She was amazing! It was a very restful and peaceful environment. I sat in the quiet room for over an hour after my session was finished. It is a great place to escape from the world for just a little while!! Thank you to the staff!

Each treatment was performed with care and professionalism, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely satisfied. Can’t in all honesty recommend this business. 1st experience: a massage. Good massage… but the woman would not stop talking. About herself & family. That alone wouldn’t have warranted a low review, just not returning to that person would be enough. Before the massage, I added cupping after discussing with the employee. When I went to pay, my bill was complete (included the massage and added cupping) and as this was a gift experience from my boss, and booked online using a company credit card, the charge was completed. 2nd experience: tinting my eyelashes. After speaking to the esthetician, I added an eyebrow wax and tint. The treatment was quick and I went to pay. I was asked if I wanted to add a tip, which I did, and paid with my debit card. I get home to an email receipt the showed the added services this time were charged to my company card, not to the bill that I paid in person with. No phone call to clarify. They said the company credit card was “on file” and they were not to blame. Let me add here that the employee that I was speaking to, a young woman named Paris was simply awful. No professionalism whatsoever. This was no one’s fault, just something that needed to be fixed as my company was not paying for this appointment and no charges should have been added after the fact without speaking to the client(me). Especially if the credit card I presented at time of service was NOT the same. I am certain no one even bothered looking at that. Overall, I would not return and definitely would not recommend to a friend, neighbor, or family member.
