I'm very happy with the salon. Le, Lily, and the whole crew are great! They will take care of anyone that comes in. Sometimes they have a wait, but that is because they are so good. It's always worth the wait. Just make sure that anyone who is staying in the building MUST go and wash their hands before doing anything else.

The name "24/7" is somewhat misleading, as no spa services were evident during my visit, and the "24/7" branding is inaccurate since the salon isn’t open 24 hours a day. The salon provides standard nail services, with pedicure prices ranging from $35 to $70, which aligns with typical rates in the area. A noticeable language barrier with some staff members occasionally made communication challenging, but it didn’t significantly detract from the experience. The service was prompt and efficient, which I appreciated. While the overall experience was average, I wouldn’t discourage others from visiting and plan to return for their reliable, straightforward service.

The owner and employees are great at 24/7 Nails and Spa. I'm never disappointed! Great people. Great service!

Definitely worth the price, experience was amazing the lady who did my pedicure gave me a shoulder massage as well.

I had a manicure and a pedicure done. Pedicure was acceptable, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the manicure. Apparently they are not good on working on natural short nails. Even after they "fixed" it a couple of times, at the end it still came out bad.
