Kim was amazing and patient. There was another lady who did my feet aa well but I didn't catch her name. I walked in with a picture and they delivered!! The only reason why I have it 4/5 stars was due to the pricing. Unfortunately, I do believe that they overcharged for the services. Food for thought 💭 --> Overcharging effects Tips. Other than that, I will be going back again and watch the numbers closer than I watched My nails! 😂 On a side note: the space was a bit cluttered and needed a deep clean. I was honestly hesitant at first but it's something about the "hole in the wall" type feel that Delivers good customer service! UPDATE!!!! ALERT!! I would like to do the public justice by providing an update. Please note that after 3 to 4 days, the nail polish began to form bubbles and my matte colored nails were damaged. My advice is that if the salon does not have the actual matte color, do not let them customize or turn a color into matte style. So for the first 2 days my nails look great! But for $150 I would expect for it to last at least 2 weeks! Good service, poor quality.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at VIP Nails! Bi is incredibly talented — creative, artistic, and truly a master at what he does. I showed him an inspo photo, and he delivered a design that was even better than the picture. He’s patient, detail-oriented, and makes you feel completely taken care of from start to finish. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and so welcoming. If you want picture-perfect nails, Bi at VIP Nails is the one to see. Outstanding service every single time!

Bi is very talented in his craft. He never disappoints. I love my nails every time he does them, each and every design I ask for he nails it!! Today was my first time getting a pedicure done by him, he checked another box! The guy is good.

LOVE this nail shop. I moved to Baytown in 2018 and have been coming here since then. I shopped around in between but was never satisfied with the work like I am here. I recently started seeing Bi regularly, and let me tell you! He EATS down on my nails every time. Excellent service, very transparent with what will look and what doesn’t, very honest with the pricing and always adds his own creative flair to each set. Both my mom and I LOVE him. I highly reccommend thos shop if you’re in the area. Ask for Bi!

Nancy is my nails tech. Cindy does my pedicure. They are both perfect on what they’re doing. I always ending up loving the result. I hope everybody comes here and support them. Highly recommend!!!
