Tommy Nails

I did go in very rushed. I’ve used Tommy’s for when I was in a hurry for over 10 years. I will not be going back after my last visit. One girl did act like she understood what I was asking for I was like that’s great can I run and grab my ear buds, she said yes!! I was less than 20 seconds getting them and instead of her a man was preparing to do my toenails. Then he disks to the lady beside him and she alls me regular or gel. I was like I spoke with the girl, did she not explain? The lady kept repeating herself without her or the man listening to what I was asking to be done. I finally gave up let him do whatever he wanted when I went to pay she asked for a tip I was like I don’t think so today and started to tell her the issue and she cut me off and told me to have a nice day. As a nurse I also know what customer service is. That was the worst I have ever been treated in public. I know there’s enough people that will go in there that how they acted won’t matter. They won’t lose money over me choosing another nail place but it’s not about the money. Exact same thing I tried telling them that day. Nothing was cut or worked on like I was pleading just paint and go🤦🏻‍♀️😒

Went for my nails done on Monday. They’re bumpy crooked and not trail at all. When I said something during my appointment I was blown off. I don’t usually make a fuss but even my partner is upset about it. The girl that did the design was AMAZING but the rest of the service was horrible and I will not be back.

I never give low reviews or complain but the nail tech that did my nails was not only rude she did a bad job. This is not my normal Nail Solon but my daughter talked me in to coming be wuss it’s a lot cheaper then where we normally go. Both my daughter and step daughters nails looked amazing both guys that did there’s did a great job. I had an older lady that continuously insulted me, when I did not understand what she was asking me to do she called me stupid and rolled her eyes at me and she did not give me what I asked for and they did not hold up at all. It’s only been a week and they’re already lifting. The place I normally go my Nails will last at least 3 weeks, I saved a little money but got what I paid for and learned my lesson. If you do go I’d recommend either of the 2 younger men or the young blond girl they all did amazing on my daughters and step daughters nails and they were very kind.

Absolutely amazing experience! Jalea was so helpful and patient. Another salon destroyed my nails, but she did an amazing job!! Any hang up is that wine is only offered for certain packages unlike all other salons. But, I’ll sacrifice the wine for the service!

I have been going to Tommy nails since I was younger. Never had a problem. I got my nails done on the 22 the day before I came in to have my daughter. Today, there is pus coming out of the side of my nail and it’s very red and inflamed. If this tells you the salon is not cleaning their equipment then I don’t know what does. I will never give them my business again.
