Elly, Tracy, and Cassie were so friendly, funny, and professional. I was getting waxed in multiple areas at the same time, and they made it way more bearable. They kept the vibe light, talked me through it, and were super kind the whole time. Elly was super patient with me and had what I called the "Tapping service" to keep me distracted. Honestly, they made a painful process feel less stressful and even kind of fun. If you’re nervous about waxing, this is the team you want — great energy and great service. The place is super cleaned and organized.

I’m so glad that I started going to Let’s Face It for my waxing services. Tracey does such a great job and is very thorough. Today I had my 1st vajacial with her and it was a great experience. She is such a pleasure to talk to and makes what some may find to be an uncomfortable experience much more enjoyable. All the ladies here are kind and welcoming when I come in.
