Pure Head Spa

For my birthday, my daughter and I booked the Ultimate HeadSpa. We were in the same room which is fine as we have no problem with that but it is supposed to be a RELAXING time. How can you relax when it is 1) COLD in the room and the bed is NOT warm at all; 2) Both technicians talked quite a bit to each other and 3) the technician that did my daughter’s treatment EVEN WAS ON THE PHONE!!! How could she possibly concentrate on my daughter when she’s talking on the phone??? And it wasn’t just one time. It seemed consistent. ALSO there were things that the technician did that was very rough - and they need to ask PRIOR what kind of pressure the person would like on the scalp, hands, arms, neck, etc. It is now 2 hours after the service, and my scalp is still very sensitive and my ear. I don’t know what she did with my ear, but it is hurting. And the blow dry - what a joke! Do they even know how to blow dry hair? I don’t think so. It was so frizzy afterwards too. I have had a service like this before in Nashville (was incredible); and Knoxville (also too hard); but I will NEVER come back to PURE HEAD SPA. Like another person wrote, they weren’t ready for us when we arrived either. We arrived 10 minutes early so we could change, etc. WE waiting for THEM to arrive. And to find the bed cold - though they put something around my feet to warm them for 5-10 min., then they were cold. The only time I warmed up some was when the steamer was on my face. Before exiting the room, they massaged the upper back a bit which was fine, but then they did something where they used a tool to hit my neck - 2 times! That did NOT feel good. The main gal made sure we saw the code after they frizzed our hair out, so we could give them a review. Don’t waste your money. My husband paid for this as a birthday present and was so very very disappointed to hear the kind of treatment we received. To pay this much money $300 for a horrible service - never again. What a waste of MONEY, a waste of TIME; and to have my body feel terrible…. I am NOT happy with PURE HEAD SPA whatsoever.

We booked the full 80-minute head spa and it was worth every penny! The entire experience was incredibly relaxing — from the soothing scalp massage to the calming atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and like my scalp had a total reset. Highly recommend if you want to truly treat yourself!

I had Lynn and she was wonderful. The hair spa experience is warm, comfortable, and sooo relaxing. You book online very easily. Such kind people. The perfect way to pamper yourself. I will definitely be back!

I recently received the Ultimate Head Spa treatment, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the premium $149 price. Upon my arrival, the provider was not ready or even present in the studio, which set an unprofessional tone. Throughout the session, her technique felt rushed and repetitive rather than soothing, leaving my scalp feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. Additionally, my treatment was interrupted when the provider received and opened her paycheck in front of me. Overall, I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

We drove 1hour to come see the wonderful staff but I would drive many more.It was a wonderful experience and I think everyone should try it themselves.I will be back.I give them a 💯 in my book.You all must try and .P.S.My hair feels amazing.🤩
