I went in for a pedicure yesterday and had the worst experience. There is a person there that has worked there a fairly long time and I am on and off customer but when they put me with her, I did recall her not being the best but I thought let me just give her a shot. Once she was done with my feet, I looked down and it looked like I had done them at home. I did let her know immediately that I felt like she did not polish them well nor shape them. I had an appointment so I let them know that I would come back to get them redone and they were fine with that. When I returned, I was shocked to see that the lady that had initially Messed up my pedicure was the one that was going to redo them. She insisted. She took the polish off, reshaped them and polished them again. I didn’t realize until I got home yesterday that they still look like I had done them at home. Unfortunately, I will not be returning because I don’t feel like management knows how to handle these types of situations well. If the person that had originally messed up my feet redid them why did they think they were gonna be any better? Of course I could’ve woken up looking back, but I know the next time I encountered this.

Went here with my daughter for the first time. I got a pedicure she got a full set. My pedicure was great, her full set was absolutely beautiful work. A lot of places seem to leave acrylic nails dimply or too thick in some places but my daughters came out gorgeous and smooth, exactly how she wanted them. I appreciated that they took their time to do a good job, instead of trying to be the fastest.

So I had my sister call and ask if they accept walk ins. I got there and there were only 2 people working which I don't mind waiting because there were only 3 people getting services. Only for them to tell me that they don't have any availability until tomorrow, which I know is a lie, but because I'm a very well dressed 6'4 black man, they didn't want to service me. I just walked out because money doesn't argue.

I highly recommend Snappy Nails and particularly Jack. The pink nails in the picture I have had a MONTH and they are still looking beautiful and still holding on my nails very well. I am disabled so can only afford to get my nails done once a month. This is the first time I've been happy with my nails since moving to Knoxville. So I've found my nail artist here in Knoxville and he is an artist, can do anything you can think up. The acrylic is on top of my natural nails, no tips. The color on my nails is gel polish, not colored acrylic powder. I've fallen in love with gel polish at Snappy Nails done by Jack.

If your looking for the BEST in town...look no further! Jack (who did my nails) is a five star professional nail tech. He's a perfectionist, gentle, funny and great at what he does. I called at 10am and got an appt at 1:00 that afternoon. Their prices are very reasonable too! Give them a call!
