HENDERSONVILLE NAILS AND SPA

I got them done yesterday and they look like 2 weeks old and getting stuck on my hair. The guy was just rushing no hello, no kind of acknowledgment while the other woman where sitting down with a little water bottle and having conversations. Shape and color are nice though but I wish I didn’t pay $70 for something that looks like I will need to get re filled in 4 days.

Sam always makes time to do my nails whenever I mess them up after getting them done by him, Mia or Holly. They are the best at what they do. I have not had one issue with a set I have gotten done by them and they always make adjustments to fit my chosen nail shape while keeping to the design inspirations and always involving me in any recommendations or changes they feel would look best without completely changing the entire design.

My daughter went there today and it was a terrible job. Paint on her fingers around the nail on multiple fingers. I took her back up there for a refund and they don’t give refunds. She asked what the issue was. I said I could’ve done a better job than this. She should have never been able to leave with paint like this on her fingers. The color wasn’t right, some of the nails were not straight. I feel like they seen a teenage girl walk in and took advantage of her knowing she probably wasn’t going to say anything. The girl behind the counter snickered at me when I said that. They did fix them but I feel like my daughter was taken advantage of.

I wanted to get my nails done for the holidays. I write this review quite upset because I work hard for my money and when I go out to get a service done you expect quality work from people trying to earn their money for the services that they are providing. I inform the nail tech I didn’t like my nails. I felt was rushing. She failed to shape the nails well. Now I’m walking around with witch nails because their all bubbly looking. I had to leave the salon to calm down because you don’t expect people to pretty much rip you off. I have yet to find a salon when quality is the goal. These salons just want to get you in and out as fast as possible to try to mail the most money for their day. I’ll be calling back up there to get these nails soaked off. I’m so very disappointed. They fixed my nails and I’m more satisfied with the work. Thanks because I was about to have a panic attack. 01/06/2021 I just left getting my nails done and it’s official I’m never getting my nails done ever again in my. I plan to just do my own nails. The lady did a very good job working over someone’s work. I got a fill in and she asked me if I wanted my nails thinner and I said yes and she trimmed my length down. I went in for a color change and a fill in. I’m done y’all I can’t deal with the unexpected when I have to wear it for a couple of weeks. My anxiety is on 10 right now. I just don’t like how my nails turned out. I’ll add the pictures. 01/23/2021 They say third times a charm. The artist who did my nails today did them with care and attention to detail. Being that I don’t get my nails done often this last stop made me feel better about selecting this salon. I’ll be going again and asking for the artist by appointment. Oh yeah, I did a fill in and color change.

Just want to thank the lovely sweet people who made our experience so very nice! Everyone was very attentive, professional and welcoming! Highly recommended this nail spa. We had standard pedicure and dip nail, all done so nicely! We will return!
