2025-09-04A friend of mine and I were looking for a new salon and decided to go with this salon. We absolutely loved it. Everyone answered all of my questions I had, got help with a specific shade, and everyone was super kind! I had gotten my acrylics done by Marry and my friend got manicure and we both just love our nails to the moon and back! There was a slight incident, my friend and I were about to leave and her nails were still wet, but with kindness repainted the nails that had messed up and made sure they were dry before we left. But again thank you everyone at the salon, we will DEFINITELY be coming back🥰

I brought my baby with me to my first appointment and was terrified that she would get tired of sitting in my lap and would start fussing before I even got to enjoy getting my nails done. I was SO wrong. Every single employee at Luxe greeted us both with a smile and made it a point to interact with my daughter during our visit. John even held her for a while and showed her around the store, which she absolutely loved. It was the best first impression and meant so much to me as a tired, stressed out new mom! John has been doing my nails ever since, and he’s truly the best of the best. 10/10 service and staff at every visit 🩷

2025-08-01First time visiting Luxe Nail Bar on Maynardville Hwy. I got a Dip service from Marry. I am thrilled with the manicure! She did an excellent job and gave the best arm and hand massage. I love this color for vacation! I chose #60 Ocean. Go see Marry she is wonderful! Thank you Marry & Luxe Nail Bar! Very happy!

2025-06-06My first time here, I thought it was very nice. The man who did my pedicure was very nice and worked hard but several times I had to tell him to continue filing my toenails. He did not file them good enough and it's 5 days later and my toenails are breaking off from being too long. Considering my toenails are very thick, I can't believe that they're breaking off in less than a week. I've never had my toenails do this before. I don't understand why he couldn't file them more. Now this is what I'm left with and will have to get acrylic on my big toes until they grow back.
