Rachel did an amazing job on this set of gel dip fall nails. the shape was perfect. most salons i go to nowadays always come out chunky or crooked, but these were done so well and i felt she really focused on shaping them.

My initial request was for a simple manicure with no chemicals, a natural manicure. Make my nails look pretty. Walk in with no appt, and for the most part the reception was pleasant. The drawback was that I didn’t ask for the pricing up front. Mind you I live in DFW, so pricing is similar. Price was $25.00 for a 15-minute sit down. And the nail ridges were filed down very lightly, and the dirt of my nails were still underneath my nails. Some nails had not been filed rounded to distract from the straight cuts I had done the week before when I left home. Water for soaking was cold by the time nail guy came by. Typically this service would be $15.00 bucks plus a tip. Maybe 20 bucks tops, but my nails would be super buffed no ridges showing through. I think letting your walk-in clients the pricing up front is wise. The snake oil nail salons who add ten dollars for a lousy cold cheap Chinese lotion is just disingenuous, and an insult. I declined the massage, as it is toxic chemicals. Nothing natural, and certainly not after one tans next door at the tanning salon. Make sure you ask pricing prior to your visit. Price sticker shock is a real thing. This was supposed to be a nice manicure visit with a nice set of shiny buffed nails. Look at my nails and let me know what you all think?

There’s a reason this place has incredible reviews! I was looking for a spot to get my first builder gel manicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating, and it’s the best manicure I’ve ever had. Philip is exceptional—he focused on every small detail until it was absolutely perfect. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend this salon enough!

Hanna is the best! She was the first person I went to at Bong, and I haven’t switched since. I get builder gel from her, and my natural nails have grown so much thanks to her. She’s detail-oriented, professional, and always makes sure I leave happy. Highly recommend!

went here because my original nail place was booked and I have never hated a set so much in my life. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and my hands are mostly what people see in my profession and I’ve been trying to hide my nails the past 2 weeks because these look like press on nails. You can see clearly the bubbles and you can see my actual nails underneath. Paid $85 for a FILL IN. Plus tip was $100. FOR A FILL IN. They charged me $5 for shape when I WENT in there with the shape already made?? And they charged me $10 for using two different colors and you can hardly even see the second color. Hard pass. Don’t waste your time and money. Also, the nails are turning orange and I’m ripping them off this very second because obviously they’re not using clean products. My nails have never changed color after getting them done. I remember being worried about cleanliness when I got there because he didn’t ask me to wash my hands first & he had a brush drop on the floor and he didn’t clean it off before using it on me 💀 nice people but your service needs to be better.
