2025-11-22Wish I could write a review about what a great cut I received, but I never received one. I made an appointment this morning (11/22/25) for 10 a.m., somebody messaged me and asked if I would be okay with rescheduling for 2 p.m, I accepted. Went to the appointment 5 mins early, waited for the person to arrive (25 mins) and cut my hair, they didn't show up, so I left. If it was just that I would only slightly dislike this place, but when I arrived at the location for my appointment the person who greeted me made a point to tell me they do not cut men's hair (which would be okay, but I have hair past my shoulders, so is it really a typical men's cut? Plus I wasn't even asking them to cut my hair they deliberately told me that before reaching the conclusion I was here for another stylist and had an appointment...) it was just really off putting and I think they need to improve their inclusivity and professionalism.
