2025-09-23I’m from Huntsville, AL and was here for my last doctor’s appointment before delivering my baby boy and chose Viva Nail Salon based off of good reviews as a last way to treat myself. I am very disappointed in the way my toes turned out. The polish did not even go to the flesh of my skin. This is the worst paint job I have ever received and for $85…. Before tip!! I’m unsure if they are trying to save money on polish or what, but that is ridiculous. I am going to get it redone in Huntsville. I would expect better out of Franklin.

2025-06-09I had liked Viva for manicures in the past, but this pedicure experience was disappointing at best. We had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes. Tubs weren’t filled for 15 minutes until we asked, and the chairs were filthy (nail clippings everywhere). The massage was uncomfortable (focused on shin bones), and only one coat of polish was applied until we inquired why? They rushed me into shoes too soon, ruining a toe — offered a fix as I was walking out. Over $50 for this? There are other salons with hardworking people who deserve the business.
