I’m so glad I found this salon. Donna is the best!! She’s so creative and talented. So accommodating and brings my visions to life!! I’m obsessed with my nails every time I leave! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

A day that should have been a good day turned nightmare. Let me start by saying I’m a good person and nothing but good things should happen to me. I have served my country for over 30 years, I retired with severe PTSD. I came to nail vibe to complete the day to myself for myself. I should have went with my first mine and got just a pedicure. I allowed myself to be talked into getting my nails done. Mind you my pedicure was awesome. Amy did an outstanding job. The atmosphere was so inviting that I went on and agreed to get my nails done. The person that was sent over to the pedicure area to do my nails, while I was getting my pedicure, started out great, so I was thinking that it was going great, then all of a sudden, I realized, this man literally start sanding on my fingernails, with what appeared to be anger to me. I realized that he seemed upset, and that he didn’t want to do my nails, I said hey let’s take a minute, one of my nails were off a little, I kept mentioning that the nail was off and he kept saying he was going to fix it, so I was like you are upset, I need you to relax, you can wait until she finish’s my feet if need be, so we agreed to wait. By this time he finished, he did a really good job they looked great, me being a kindhearted person, didn’t realize my nails were being damaged by the way he was sanding them. So my pedicure is complete we go and I get my nails finished. I even tipped him because his demeanor changed, I leave, head home and started having anxiety attacks, from my experience. What was supposed to be a beautiful day had just turned into a nightmare and pain. It is now 2:30 am and my nails are hurting so bad, I woke up crying, I’m having anxiety so bad and pain is so bad, that I will have to go somewhere tomorrow and have these soaked off right away. I wasn’t going to write a review until I woke up in tears from the pain and treatment I received, I’m so kind hearted until I tip the person for mistreating me, when this should have never happened, because they didn’t want to do something and I didn’t want to make a scene because I have severe anxiety and afraid of being judged by others. I wish I had never gotten my nails done. I’m so sorry that I allow people like this to walk all over me and then I act as if I did something wrong, when the truth is I did absolutely nothing wrong but allowed myself to be mistreated, this is that one time I can’t allow it. Sometimes quality over quantity would have been the best route for this business. I pray that no one else experiences what I did a not saying anything for fear of making a scene or being judged, especially when you’re paying. The place is nice and clean, the general atmosphere was great, but I will not be back.

The techs are wonderful, great to talk to, and did beautiful work! I got a Gel X set. Likely my new regular nail salon!

Do you see these claws? Max’s shaping is iconic& he has the patience of a saint. I have had a great experience and loveeeee their color selection. Recommend booking online because the phone process is a bit more difficult - but that means the phone isn’t ringing off the hook the entire time you’re there 🤷🏻‍♀️

I loved this place! I went somewhere else to get my nails done and they messed them up, I came here and Mr. Maron fixed my up! They are one of my favorite sets I have ever had. Everyone else that was there was also very friendly. This was a very clean environment and nice! I will be back and already told Mr. Maron that I will be booking with him for a fill in! Highly recommend!
