VSL Nail Spa II at Indian Lake

Had the VIP pedicure today. Service was definitely 5 stars. My sister came with and also got a pedicure and tried the head spa. While I waited for my nails to dry and my sister to finish her services they brought me warmed nuts and made sure I was comfortable! I only have nice things to say about this place. I’ll be back!!

Really enjoyed our time spent at VSL this morning. The experience was amazing, we got pedicures and foot massages. They were all very professional. I enjoyed a lemon ginger tea, next time maybe an mimosa ☺️ and was completely able to relax and breath. Their service and massage chairs, the best I’ve had the opportunity to experience. The nails came out cute and the staff were friendly, but I’m disappointed by the unclear pricing. I came with my sister, and while we expected to pay a good amount for custom sets and pedicures, the bill hit $309—with several unclear charges like separate fees for gel polish, French tips, and shaping that are usually part of a full set. There was also a charge for “airbrush” that wasn’t explained clearly. On top of that, the man doing my sister’s nails repeatedly ignored her preferences. He kept suggesting designs, and when she politely declined, he still did them anyway. Additionally, her pedicure wasn’t even done properly, three of her toenails had visible gaps where the polish didn’t even reach the cuticle. On the other hand, the woman who worked on my nails was kind, patient, and very meticulous. She didn’t try to inflate the bill and made me feel comfortable the entire time. For her, I’m truly grateful. I wish the receptionist had walked us through the cost breakdown before checkout. I value good service, but transparent pricing matters too, especially when you’re spending over $300. Be cautious and ask for an itemized quote upfront.

My experience was awesome. Was referred thru a friend and booked online. Ben was great. I showed him a reference pic of a nail design and he did it perfectly. I will definitely be back!

This is hands-down the prettiest nail salon I’ve ever visited! The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a luxurious vibe. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, which makes every appointment feel like a treat. No matter what nail design I bring in, they always bring it to life perfectly—and I leave absolutely thrilled every time. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and now it’s everyone’s go-to salon. Truly the best!
