Relax Nail Spa

Gracie and Rose did a fantastic job on my toenails and fingernails!! 😉 These girls are the absolute best hands down, great atmosphere and they are always so sweet to my daughter and treat her like a princess 🫶🏼everytime we have an appointment!!

I had an appointment today, from 12-1, to get a mani/pedi. Just the basi pedi & classic mani, so nothing fancy, but still. I had anticipated a wait from the reviews, so had enjoyed a coffee from starbucks & read a book while I waited for about 30 minutes. Pedicure was great, did everything in the service, and the polish looks good considering my toenail’s arent super long. Then after, I asked for a french tip for my manicure, with the polish being the same color as the one on my toes. Without doing a base coat, or a nude coat, she started to freehand the french tip. She also skipped half the service, which was the hand/arm massage and hot towels. But at this point, we were an hour and a half into what was supposed to be an hour long service, when she had just begun the polish, so I left it thinking maybe shed do it at the end. She only did 1 coat of the freehand, which as you can tell in the photos, was not clean. Theres also spots (hard to see) where theres little to no polish. She also only did only top coat, and not a full coverage one at that. She sat me at the table to dry, when she started on someone else (and there was 2 free employees at this time) and completely forgot about me. I waited for another 30 minutes, until I just got up and grabbed my stuff (which she didnt bring over to me after putting someone else in the chair) and just tried to get out as fast as I could. This was just supposed to be a quick day out for myself, as I’m a stay at home mom. It took 2 1/2 hours in total, for the most basic services they offer. They werent slam packed the whole time either. It was waves of half appointments, half walk ins. I’m honestly just upset I spent $80 (including the tip) on something I couldve easily done myself for $20, including the exfoliation and hot towel they did do on my legs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Anne today. She's a warm and inviting person and made me feel right at home. We talked about travel and how she used to live in Paris. I got a Pedi and my feet are very happy. :)

Kaitlin (i believe that’s her name blonde hair with black scrubs) is amazing. She helped the tech next to her multiple times and made sure i was comfortable the entire time during my pedicure.

Maria is the absolute best! She gives the best manicures and pedicures!! She doesn’t make me fill rushed. She takes her time and pays attention to details. I can’t say enough good things about her!!
