2025-11-20Update: 2+ weeks later and my nails are still perfect!! This was my first time at Koncept and I was not disappointed! Kammy is absolutely amazing! She gave me the most flawless hard gel nails that are perfectly shaped. The French tip design she did for my mani and pedi was elegant and neat. The attention to detail was on point and she made sure everything was done with precision. The overall experience was super relaxing and enjoyable. Will be coming back!

2025-09-25Absolutely love this place!!! Highly recommend. I’ve gotten pedicures and manicures here and they always come out so great. All the nail techs are incredible and most recently I had Ken who did a perfect job on my builder gel refill (see pictures). It’s super easy to make an appointment (I usually call) and they seat you right away after you arrive. The environment is also very welcoming, with ample seating at both pedi and mani stations (just an overall bigger space for a nail salon which I prefer). There’s a parking garage connected to the salon with a lot of parking spaces. Go to Koncept for your next nail set!!

2025-11-23Came in for a pedicure and dip manicure. I was told they were busy and might not be able to do my nails. My pedicure was nice very relaxing. I was offered hot tea and water. As they finished up my toes I was told they had time to do my nails. Amanda was my nail tech she was very sweet. I appreciated that she soaked my nails vs just drilling the previous color off. She did a great job and I loved that she mentioned she cared about healthy nails. The shop was very clean and pleasant. I would definitely go back.

2025-11-24This nail Spa is really good, the staff that have helped me are nice. Customer service is great overall. The price is also reasonable not pricey. I was offered drinks every time I visit. I will definitely return for more service.
