Never again!! Melissa, the owner screwed up my hair and and tried to justify it. Got the color wrong got the highlights wrong. I showed her picture after picture. I told her I don’t use well water I have a thyroid issue and don’t use anything with Ash in it. I just wanted a simple brown color with some light highlights and the pics below are not it!! Not even close!! I made comments to her before so left and she said well come outside and you can see the highlights!! Really!! I wanted another appointment right before I left but they said call. So when I called about it, she never called me back so I had to call again and I can tell by the way the receptionist was acting. Something was up. She was saying she couldn’t make an appointment and she’ll have Melissa call me back. That never happened.. They had already discussed it so Melissa finally gets on the phone and no ma’am no ma’am you asked for this no ma’am no ma’am you got this and I didn’t say I was gonna redo your hair. To me that would be the right things to do!! But yes, she did say that!! ! I knew when she took the towel off before she even stared to blow dry my hairy it wasn’t what I wanted. Another 200.00 down the drain so now I’m screwed with my hair all messed up that she will not redo or let anybody else in her salon do my hair or give my $$ back and I don’t care what anybody else says she’s NOT great. She wasn’t great for me! I never should’ve tipped her the $20 cause she’s not worth a penny.!! She even said herself if the hair dresser didn’t get it right that they should fix their mistake. So she also a hypocrite!! She was not sympathetic or seemed to care! Like I got my money and screw you!! Well I’m a person of principal and this needs to be made right!! This isn’t over!!

I recently, within the last year, lost my Hairdresser who had a baby and I have been looking for someone who knows how to cut short hair. I had a great experience here. I was a walk-in customer, and I will definitely be back!

Macy has always done a great job on my hair no matter if it is just a cut or a color service. She has been working with me to help me as my hair grows back out after chemo because the texture and everything is so different when it is coming back. Thank you, Macy, for helping me along this process.
