⚠️ I have very curly hair ⚠️ Let me start with the pros; 1. Pricing is more than fair 2. All of the services they offer are great, but they have a separate space just for those "spa" like services. That's very thoughtful. 3. Everyone was very friendly (not overly fake friendly) 4. Making an appointment was quick and easy Now, why did I give 2 stars... Adam was my stylist, and I have VERY curly hair. I went in for a trim and layers. The layers were already ROUGHLY there, but I hadn't cut it for 2 years. Adam wanted to do a light cut, wash, and cut it wet. You can not cut curly hair when it is wet. It will not dry straight, and it messes up the curl pattern. He cut it all dry as requested, but he trimmed my hair the SAME way he layered it. I was unaware of that, so after the first pass with the scissors, he asked if that was okay, so he could wash, and I specifically said, "Yeah, the length is good, can we do the layers?" So, using the same technique, he cuts my hair. Again. Now the length is not good, and I still don't have my layers. The wash was nice, he finger curled and diffused my hair. However, when it was all said and done, it was a pleasant experience, but not what I wanted/ asked for. Luckily, my hair grows quickly, but not everyone can say that.

I asked for a root touch-up and somehow ended up with darker roots than when I came in. I emailed the business and asked for someone to contact me with a way to correct my color and no one responded. The salon is a pretty building and the stylists are friendly, but not all of them are trained to the level you would expect. Disappointed in their lack of professionalism and I will not be going back.

I’ll start by saying ai don’t typically leave reviews, but I’ve been thinking about this all day since my visit. My husband bought me a gift certificate for here last year for christmas as I was newly postpartum. I waited until the last month before it expired to book an appt for a mani pedi. I called the salon and was given the openings and scheduled on the day my gift certificate was set to expire. I was told it would still be valid on this day - otherwise I would have scheduled for the week prior. The actual mani pedi was excellent. When I went to check out the girl at the front desk had issues with the gift certificate and said it wasn’t in their system - to honor the certificate they had to “waive the service cost”. I asked if I could use the remaining $55 towards products they have displayed and was told “no” because it would go against their inventory and they were “already negative” because my certificate didn’t “exist” anymore. This was interesting to me - they were positive all the past year with my husbands $125 but now they’re negative from a $70 service? Aren’t they still technically positive $55??? They did end up letting me leave the remaining $55 as a tip for the esthetician which I was happy about at least it didn’t go to waste toward the salon who has terrible customer service. Won’t be returning and would not recommend.
