G Nails & Spa

The salon is spotless and well-organized. They accept both walk-ins and appointments, which is very convenient. Dawn did my nails and she was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. Excellent service! highly recommend!

I came in and asked for acrylic. I was told by the tech who was there that the tech who does acrylics was stuck in traffic and asked me to wait 30 minutes. Almost an hour goes by. The person who comes in doesn’t know how to do acrylics and the the lady that initially told me to wait decided she was going to do them. What is this??? She was absolutely clueless! Not only was my afternoon wasted, she was about to charge me $60 for the trash she was creating! Needless to say I ended the service and will NEVER be returning! Absolutely pitiful!

Edit 6/2/25 After receiving the message from the owner I tried to call and left several messages with employees. I also reached out on Facebook messenger and edited this post. My toes are still trashed and even worse because no top coat was applied. Dropping to 1 star because that’s bogus Not the worst. Def not the best. My toes are botched and my nails are uneven. I filed my fingers myself when I got home because there were weird edges. Toes are BOTCHED. Expensive and mediocre at best. She never did put clear coat on my toes either. 3 stars in generous Edit: Please provide a way to contact you. I’d love to give you a chance to correct. I called the salon. They didn’t know how to contact you and there was no option for voicemail.

Went to G Nails today and had a wonderful experience. I made an appointment to ensure I didn't have to wait. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The men who did my services were perfectionists and my nails turned out so beautiful. Their facility is magnificent...so pretty and clean. I love the Sunday hours for those of us who have to work. Plus right now they are doing 20% off all services. Thank you G Nails.

I went here 3 weeks ago and got a dipped mani with nail tips. $50. The lady was amazing and did a great job. When I went back she wasn’t there and I got a really chatty lady who would not stop talking the whole time. Regardless she did the worst dip manicure I have ever had. She clipped all my nail length I had grown out saying they needed “evening” but they did not. Then I asked for white glitter nails and they turned out pink because her brush was contaminated with pink powder. Instead of fixing it she was like oops oh well. When it came time to pay she charged me $50 and I asked why it was $50 if I got tips last time and it was $50 and she said it didn’t matter, nails tips come with it. Had I known that I would have gotten tips since she clipped off all my nail length. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will never go back here. My nails look too short now and clubbed with the dip on them. AND they are the wrong color!!!!!!
