2025-08-20Had the best experience today. Vivian went above and beyond. Great calf and foot message, hot towels pedicure came out perfect. French manicure came out nice too. I got gel so it was a little pricey, but I am worth it. I gave her a nice cash tip. I'll be back.

2025-07-12When I arrived, the girl seemed put off that I only wanted my nails done and not a pedicure as well. I had powder on my nails that I needed to soak off and she brought literal boiling water to use and when I claimed it was too hot, she seemed annoyed, took my hands out for a minute and just expected me to put them back in. She proceeded to rush though my nails, resulting in missing several sides and one of my nails being too long and crooked. When I pointed out my concerns, she rushed through a quick fix without even asking if they looked better. I am so disappointed- I am usually not someone who complains but it just seems ludacris to spend $60 on shotty, rushed nails. I unfortunately wont be going back.

2025-07-05What I asked for versus what I received. I’m sure you can see the problem here considering this was a color offered by the salon. I did medium length and square, literally the easiest order ever.look at my pinkies. The ends of the nails look so bulky and not even crisp. This is so horrible. I am so non-confrontational and anxious so I didn’t wanna say anything while I was there, but I’m literally crying in my car because now I have to go to the beach like this next week because I don’t have 50 more dollars to spend on a new set. I’m so Disappointed it looks like Pepto-Bismol threw up, glitter all over my fingers. I hate it. I usually come here every time I get my nails done, but this time just felt so rushed, and like the lady doing my nails, didn’t even wanna be there, I don’t think that I’ll be back, My feelings are hurt more than anything

2025-09-08I have always had a great experience at lily nails. Getting my nails done is a special treat for myself and there is no other place I would go. Kristie is so talented and takes her time to make your nails perfect. You can tell she loves what she does. For my Europe trip she did an amazing job with my nails and couldn't have asked for anything better! Thank you
