Star Nails

Sadly had my dip chip not once but twice in less than a week. I've never had dip chip before unless it's very grown out. I'm willing to go in and get it fixed if it's a one time thing (which I did and they were nice about) but two different fingers in less than a week is alarming. Don't have time to be going back in getting it fixed. Too expensive and time wasting. Also, no other customers are ever in there which is another telltale sign. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I brought my 78 year old stepmom who has dementia. They gave her a gel mani/pedi that looks beautiful. Better yet, they treated her with such kind and gentle patience. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Kelly for years, she has always done a phenomenal job and exceeds my nail dreams. There’s nobody else I would recommend. I have moved and still make the trip to see her every month for her to work her nail magic on me!

I have a 530 appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I walk in at 525. It’s dead silent, very eerie vibes in there (maybe put some music on?)… it was uncomfortable. Come 530, the one nail tech takes another client before me. I am assuming there is someone else in the back at this point. Come 540, I finally build up the courage to ask if there is anyone else working, to which the nail tech says “no it’s just me”…. Why not have told me that from the start? Why take my appointment? Why waste my time? Do better, and do not come here if you value your time.

Getting out of my zone of comfort with almond nails, I was afraid that I dont like them, but for my surprise I love themm!!
