Absolutely wonderful! Tran skills was topnotched. She didn't just set me down and start the service, she looked at shape and condition of my eyes, to determine the lash length to fit my eyes, and the outcome was beautiful. Explained the process and so caring and professional. The establishment was clean, pretty and the soft music gave it a serene feel. Will definitely be revisiting.

I absolutely love neo nails 2. I have never had a bad experience here. I always show them a picture of the nail art I want and they always exceed my expectations of it. Today my daughter and I had our nails and toes done and had a great time. Thank you so much to everyone there

Neo 2 is a great nail salon. The nail techs may be a little slower than what you might be use to, so don't be in a hurry. The only negative I have is they don't honor your appointment times. I've made two appointments and I've had to wait 15 mins after my appointment time. Today I watched my nail tech walk in at 1015am and start on a pedicure. My appointment was for 1030am. I walked in at 1023am. She didn't start on my nails until 1054am. Appointments are just as important as walk ins.

The staff is always friendly but I’ve been here twice and was disappointed with the service both times. The 1st time I asked for oval shaped nails and he gave me stilettos on 3 and because of that he had to file my nails down to a nub. Also ran out of polish so the shades on my nails and toes were different. The gel started to peel off my finger nails on day 3. The 2nd time I asked for the pedicure with calluse treatment and received a basic pedicure. The lady didn’t file my calluses at all. No massage and no smoothing of my toes or sole. The skin surrounding my nails were not treated. Again the gel started peeling off my finger nails within a week. I’m pissed because the services were not cheap so sometimes we don’t get what we paid for.

I’ve gone to a lot of places in town to get my nails done and this place is by far THE BEST in Blythewood. They have the sweetest, hard working group of people. Everyone is extremely talented & I always leave with a smile on my face, whether it’s from my amazing nails or their kindness! This is the only place I will be getting my services done from here on out.
