King Nail Spa - Killian

I’ve been taking my time searching for a nail salon that hits all the marks on cleanliness, friendliness, professionalism and most of all, execution on nails. This place hit ALL thee marks! I have sensitive feet and am very ticklish, I let Henry know about that and he was extremely understanding and made me feel comfortable. He did a beautiful job! Pino worked on my manicure and I showed him all the ideas I wanted and he executed exactly what I asked for as well. This is the best experience I have received from anywhere in a long time and I’m so happy and grateful to have found this establishment. It’s an hour away from me, but worth the drive. I highly recommend Henry and Pino and this overall place. I’ll be a returning customer from this day forward :) thank you again!!! I also appreciated the complimentary mimosas :))) UPDATE: Only needed a manicure and requested for Pino again and he brought my vision to life! Did a green and purple cat eye design with some rhinestones and it turned out perfect! I’ll continue to add more pics each time I get my nails done! I recently visited this nail spa for the first time, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and calming. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. Ken, my nail technician, was absolutely phenomenal with his attention to detail he truly brought my vision to life. I left feeling pampered, relaxed, and thrilled with the results. I highly recommend.

100% recommend! They get you in fast (even as a walk-in), they do a great job, and for a nail place, they're quite affordable!! I came here for the first time today with a friend and it was lovely :)) They even offer drinks. The guy who did my nails (I think he was a manager or maybe the owner) was very efficient, very quick, and did a great job. Thank you!!

King Nail Spa had been my only go to place for nails for over two years! The atmosphere is calming, the employees are an absolute treasure and the place is always spotless. All of this is secondary to the great work they do, my nails are always flawless!!!

Update: Kai called and apologized and asked if I would be willing to come back in to allow them an opportunity to fix the issue. I agreed and it was a great experience! He fixed it himself and it looks wonderful. I added updated pictures. Thank you for your great customer service Kai!!! I appreciate you! If I could give this experience lower than one star I would. I have been receiving services here at this location for about a year for my daughter and myself. Over the past two months services have declined significantly and I am not sure why. Yesterday, I had soak off with overlay with a simple design done by someone who was obviously training. First, I was told that I didn’t need soak off by the ‘experienced’ person and later he realized I was saying I wanted the color changed. So during the pedicure, he started filing the old overlay off with the machine spraying the residue all over my face, arms, and clothes with no apology. Just a chuckle and gave a me a towel to wipe it off myself. Then, I soaked the rest off as usual. The actual service was terrible because the person doing it was rushing, kept snatching at my arms, and left one hand in the acetone while he started putting on overlay. I asked him if he was going to take it out and cut the nails to even them with the other hand before doing all that and he said no. I told him I was taking my hand out as I’m not leaving my skin in acetone all that time while he overlays the other hand so I did. The design was also a mess as it looked nothing like the picture I showed. The French part was crooked, the silver should have been glitter, and the overlay was see through. I explained to the receptionist that the service was an entire mess and this was the first time it has ever been so bad. The ‘experienced’ guy walked over before he was done to see it and saw how bad it was but didn’t say a word. He was too busy with another client they were all hovering over. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this or any other location.
