NAILS 365 SPA

I tried this nail salon today because most others were closed for Memorial Day and my usual spot was also closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude and service I received. Everyone in there working was very happy. Even though they mostly spoke in their own language and I needed to ask them to fix a couple things, they did a great job with a smile! My pedicure was amazing, I had never had hot rock foot massage before and the gentleman who did it took his time and patience, it felt so good. Thank you for being so kind, and staying after closing time with a smile. You are much appreciated!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THE NAIL TECH HURT ME!!!! I went to get my acrylics taken off. I paid $10 for them to leave my nails looking like this - I could’ve done a way better job at home. Also, the red spot/bruise on my nail was not there before, the nail tech drilled so hard on my nail that it went through to my skin. I told her at least.. AT LEAST 8 times that she was hurting me and she kept going, even when I would pull my hand away from the pain

Although my nails look great, the service was terrible. They were extremely rude and honestly scary. Did whatever they want with my nails instead of listening to my requests and looking at the picture inspiration I asked for. Would not come back!

The gentlemen that did my pedi was excellent, as well as the woman who did my waxing. Totally a relaxing experience. Bonus that you can use a credit dark for payment and tip! Will definitely return:)

I do my own nails at home, but my father gave me a gift certificate. Since my birthday is this week, I wanted to treat myself. So I came to get a soak off and a pedicure. I continued to tell the technician to take the nails off…at least three times and she still fully did not take off the nail. I told her repeatedly that I did not want any polish on my hands or toes, that I wanted them clean without a clear coat. She continue to ask me at least five times did I want some type of polish after I told her several times I did not. The gift certificate was for more than the entire service so I told them to leave the rest as a tip then they continued to ask if I wanted to leave an additional tip. They asked four times. The service was terrible. I wanted to only get a soak off and I couldn’t even get that so why would I leave an additional tip. I could have done this at home and done it how I wanted it to, but I wanted to treat myself. I was patient and asked the lady multiple times to soak the entire nail off but even that wasn’t accomplished
