2025-11-25I recently changed nail salons and I’m happy to say, I love Jenny at Q Nails on May River Crossing in Bluffton. She has done amazing work to restore my nails. Such a beautiful, salon with lots of great color choices. The owner is also very customer focused. I will definitely continue going there in the future♥️

2025-11-15I was a customer for 3 years and Bon is great. However this owner has bumped my appointments several times now and put me with someone else even after I had a confirmed appointment with Bon. He also did this to me when Casey was still there. Like the old Seinfeld episode, he’s good at making the reservation but not good at keeping the reservation. Fortunately, lots of new places have opened with great reviews.

2025-05-01Walk-in service was accommodated last minute. Impromptu appointment an hour before they closed. Gell manicure was immaculate. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Affordable prices all things considered. Staff was nice helpful sharing great color recommendations. Patrons around me were very satisfied. Woman next to me gave me great color advice for my next visit which will definitely be right back here at Q Nails.
