Star Nails & Day Spa

My wife went there a couple of days ago. When she came home, she asked me if her nails were yellow. I said yes. They were supposed to be a clear finish. So we went today to talk to the nail tech, and the lady talked to my wife and said that the nail polish had nail strengthening in it that is why it was yellow. That is not true. While I was there, a girl and two guys were playing cards. The noice from them was so loud and unprofessional you could hear it thru the whole place. I seen a lady come in for a pedicure and she sat in the chair waiting until they finished their card game. While my wife was drying her nails, she had to leave early because the chatter from the employees was so loud and annoying. My wife is not returning back. We are new to the area, and are learning which business are the best.

Horrible Customer service! I went for a manicure/pedicure with my daughter. I spent about $120 just for a regular manicure and pedicure, but the guy was done with my pedicure within less than 10 minutes. Then, I asked for regular nail polish and they put a gel that won’t come off. When I complained about it, The lady did nothing. She said not to come back because I also said something about the guy, not doing a sufficient job for the pedicure. If this is how you treat customers, I have no clue how u stay in business. Picture is what I couldn’t get off. Another business would have taken it off since it was their fault.

Took my client to get her nails done and to get my very first pedicure! We were greeted promptly and given a moment to choose colors. I was a bit worried since my client looked stressed at first with staff and not knowing what to do HOWEVER she was then put with an amazing nail tech who spoke English well and she was very comfortable and enjoyed her time and results. I had a man do my toes and greeted me with a scarf for modesty since I was in a skirt. I was very impressed with that. The seats had massage and were comfy and clean. He spoke very little English but was able to communicate what I needed to do some verbal some non verbal. He did an amazing job. The place was clean and had other options for waxing and I lash/brow stuff. There were several older people there that are regulars that were chatting and really enjoying their time. Would definitely go back. Everyone in our party was pleased.

All the people here are amazing, and do a wonderful job!! This place is super clean and I always enjoy myself when getting my nails done!!

I have been going to Star Nails for years and they do an excellent job. The staff is fun and friendly like family. We have had the works and always leave satisfied. Tulip the owner is fair and always up on latest fashion and styles…… 5 Star for sho!!
