T-Nails & Spa

I usually have an OK experience here, but this time I went and I had Jennifer. She did a phenomenal job at listening to what I wanted, I didn't have any pain while she was giving me my fill. She did them quickly, I told her my concerns from last time, and told her my nails were too bulky. She made sure they were thinner and looked more natural this time. She was also very kind and beautiful. Overall she gave me the best nails I've ever had. I definitely recommend you request her if you go

It’s been a while since I treated myself and get my nails done, it was a Sunday and no where in my area was open so I travelled 1 hour away. I loved this nail salon. Very talented lady worked on my hands, I believe she was the owner of the salon. Listened to what I wanted done, wait time was as expected and very reasonable, reasonable prices as well!! I felt terrible for not tipping, as I didn’t know they like cash tips, I will be coming back again and with a large tip! I love my nails, the atmosphere and the prices. First time coming and it was quite peaceful for a Sunday and lovely people.

i normally never post about a bad experience, especially if they at least try to make it right… but my god, i’ve been going here for as long as i can remember and i will never be going back. the picture is what i requested but more rounded (as a fill) and was told i would have to wait for Tim, which was fine. however, after 45 minutes Tina had another tech work on my nails. this tech explained she was new and was very friendly, just did not listen to what i wanted. i never have short nails, but she insisted she cut them short and the shape was not oval but more stiletto. eventually, after grinding at and soaking my prior set for 30 minutes, the tech decided to put on a whole new set (my tips were just put on the last visit) and kept saying how my last set were terrible and thick, despite me mentioning that i got them done there last month by Tina. after this, the tech went to town doing whatever she desired. i tried to place my input but i felt like i wasn’t being heard, it was just “it will look exactly like the picture”… wrong. i paid $80 + $10 tip for a FILL and left crying (i never don’t tip, even if i hate the work bc i have anxiety about that, also the reason i didn’t speak up at the time). however, i did message Tina the second i got to my car and explained the situation. i attached the messages to this post where i clearly mentioned that i did not like one thing about the set i got. I ended up going back the next day at 6 pm, had to wait 45 minutes for Tina to work on my nails, just for her to grind off the three nails with designs and telling me to wait next time for Tim so this doesn’t happen again. I ask her if she was going to cut them all off and fix them so the shape and length will be what i always have, but she refused and said i’d have to pay for an entire new set. which would be reasonable had i not just been there the day prior and not addressed it IMMEDIATELY. i begged her to just cut them off after exhausting all options on how to make these dinosaur claws right, but she slapped on this pink and sent me on my way. no top coat or anything! so here we are, two days post visit, chipped short ugly nails and me on my way to another nail salon who hopefully won’t make my nail beds bleed or make me cry the first and only time i ever am unsatisfied.

$57 for nails like this, both hands. Made my nails look like they are swooping up/detaching. I asked for oval nails with a flower on the ring finger, but he did this instead. Will never go there again
