Le's Nails

I was currently looking for a new salon since I’m moving here in August and I checked out to salons Kim’s nails and ruby nails. Kim’s was ok BUT as soon as I showed them a pic for inspiration “oh we didn’t do that!” I said can u do it and they flat out said no! Rubys is by appointment only so that was a no but then le’s nail salon , Kim the owner welcomed me in and took me under her wing she said that my current set was old and brittle (which I new) and should her the same photo design I want. Well she did it and THEN some for the price I paid ! I was really impressed. I think I found my new salon when i move!!! She made me feel at home she made me laugh and talked to me which I liked cuz some people talk to the other coworkers but not the customer so that alone and she did some extras for no charge for me !

Four day old nails. Misshapen and already lifting. I told her they were too long. She responded, “My Queen, I make them nice for you! Trust me!” The salon is empty and dirty and nothing what I remember five years ago. But, I felt bad and just had to have them done last Monday. They were the only salon that had availability. Because she had done my nails for years in the past, I did trust her. Things have gone downhill for sure. She will MOT refund. Offered to fix them today, but declined when she found out I put these pics on Facebook. So I’m out 125 for nails and toes plus tip and am so embarrassed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have absolutely nothing bad to say because Kim absolutely made my day today!!!! My nails are my favorite colors and I told her to do whatever she wanted with these two colors They're so perfect for me !!! Thank you thank you so much Kim!!! I love them I love them I love them so much seriously what a way to flip my day completely around!!!! I will definitely be sure to come back, given this with my first time here!! I LOVED THE POSITIVE VIBES , BEFORE I EVEN MADE IT IN THE DOOR!!!⭐💝💪🏻 Oh and by the way I walked in with nails on she took them off replace them and get her own design which ended up looking mermaid flow!!!☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ MADE MY DAY!!

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I paid $145 for a set of nails, a pedicure, and a waxing, and I couldn't be happier. The nails are perfectly shaped and smooth—no lumps in sight! My pedicure was pristine, with no gel smeared anywhere. She even shaped my eyebrows beautifully, giving me the perfect arch! Kim is absolutely a joy and attentive, ensuring I felt pampered throughout the entire service. I left feeling like a million bucks!

Kim was wonderful and kind. She made my daughter and I feel like family. We had the best girl's day together! Our nails turned out absolutely beautiful!
