Wilsonville Nails

I came In 11/5 for a full set fill with Kim as a walk in. For some reason my nails chipped pretty bad 3 days later. Because I was In the area again a week later(I live out of the area) I reached out in hopes they would fix it. I came in 11/12 for it to be fixed. She seemed happy to help me. I Decided to change the polish in case the polish before was the issue. When she filed down the polish to change the color, it made the acrylic uneven and couple nails even filed down to my natural nail in some spots. I thought for sure she would refill the spots with acrylic or even it out. She instead applied the gel polish on top of the uneven acrylic. Either she really genuinely thinks that’s okay for the acrylic to be that uneven Or she just didn’t care at all about the quality of her work. Either way my nails are messed up for other reasons now. This is my birthday nails so it was important for me for them to look good. It’s not about how I was treated at face value. But the quality of the work after both visits. I didn’t say anything there about how I felt because I felt enough time was wasted.

My daughter and I walked in to make appointments to have our nails redone and fixed because the place we’d gotten them done at previously did a horrible job. They were able to get my daughter done right away and I only had to wait like 10 minutes to have mine fixed. I told them I’d need a fill but after further examination they decided to just redo them because they really were that bad. They took their time with both mine and my daughter and were both very gentle and didn’t man handle our nails. We will be coming back and we are so grateful they were able to fix them. We 100% recommend them.

I normally I don't write reviews but this one deserves to be known. First time here and the last time here. I took my 10 year old niece here for her very first manicure. She is a very well behaved and is a sweet considerate girl. I was beyond furious of how poorly and mean they treated her. I don't have to speak their language to know they were saying she was annoying while they were doing her nails. My niece said her hand hurt when putting it under the light and the lady just told her its fine put your hand in now. No consideration for how she felt. I was lied to about thr prices and was told at least $20+ for myself after I got there, and they charged $40 for a 10 year old just getting gel polish when I was originally told it would be $25 for her. I tried to be respectful and keep my mouth shut for when I was getting my nails done but the lady didn't massage my hand afterwards because its like she just wanted me out. I spoke with the manager there about what happened and she acted like she was concerned but she was also part of the problem because of how she treated my niece by making her feel bad for the choice of colors she picked which was a very light pink and blue sparkle. There is absolutely no excuse to be a crappy person and make someone else feel that way especially for something special like this. I apologized to my niece and told her a good nail salon is not like this. I will never be back here again.

My daughter and I walked in without an appointment for pedicures, and they were able to get us in within a reasonable time. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The nail technician was excellent — professional, attentive, and did a great job. We’re really happy with the service and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Nice experience overall. Made an appointment, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Katie did a wonderful pedicure, offered a drink, and I had a relaxing time. However, this is my manicure less than 24 hours later. It looked very nice, but it broke the very next day…..5 days later another 2 broken….not even a week- I’m sad. 😞Last pic is less than a week later. Not going back. Sorry
