2025-07-30I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was disappointed with my service. I came in for Gel X Extensions and they ended up doing an acrylic fill, which was ultimately fine. However, when I rang up at the counter my total was $83 including my nail file. She also mentioned the price was high since I was “a first time customer.” I thought this price was strange considering their acrylic fills start at $50. But then I remembered when I came in they asked me how much I paid at another salon for the current nails I had (full bling, 3D gel, ombré, etc) where I then answered $90. I chose a design that I assumed wasn’t very difficult, but took two hours because we had to start over multiple times due to a lack of supplies. When I called the salon asking about their pricing, they said “ We charge $10 extra for French tips” which would be fair if I had gotten French on all of my nails, but I only got them on four. Besides all of that the ladies were very nice and the salon was clean.
