Isn't the point of making an appointment that you are on time and they cut your hair at that time? I was at my appointment 10 minutes early to show I'm on time and ready. They had sent me two texts reminding me to be there at 12pm. Walk in and the receptionist tells me to sit in waiting area. Waited and waited until about 12:15. Watching the lady that was gonna do my hair not even glance over at me and say sorry. I watched the receptionist not even say anything to me like sorry we are running late. Guess what, my time is valuable and that's why we made an appointment. I don't have all day to sit in your waiting room waiting on someone to call my name. I have a lot to do on my days off. I waited until about 12:15 and was out of there. The issue I had with them is they didnt communicate that the hairdresser was running late. Did they not care? Well, I won't be back!!!!

It was a pleasant environment and my hairdresser, Hannah, was very nice, but I’m really just not satisfied with the haircut. I have longer thick, straight fine hair and wanted a trim with some longer layers. I’m not exactly sure what happened, but the layers are choppy and look stringy when I wear my hair down. I am not an expert by any means but she seemed to really go at it with the thinning shears, much more than I’ve had any other hair dresser do before. I gave it a few weeks to see if I liked it better with some time, but honestly my hair looked better before it was cut. Unfortunately will not be back :(

Had a great curly girl haircut from Mariah today! Really listened to what I wanted, and did an amazing cut and style! Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love this place. Stylist Maya always asks the perfect questions to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want. From cuts to color, she’s the girl for the job, hands down. Will definitely be continuing to see her. She also is so good with men’s cuts! I’ve also visited stylist Polly for a few years and she is so good at what she does too!

10/10 would recommend Maya! She’s super sweet, makes sure you are conffortabke, and walks you through the process! She did an amazing job on my hair. My hair was dry, brittle and orange! She got my hair smooth,shiny, and got rid of the orange !
