I’ve been coming here for years, but I will not be returning again. The service has consistently gone downhill, and Jasmine in particular is extremely argumentative. Any time I make a simple request, she either argues, dismisses it, or blames me for not asking sooner. I’m frequently charged different prices for the same services, and the experience is consistently frustrating. On my most recent visit, I booked an upgraded pedicure but wasn’t offered any of the flavor choices listed on the menu. When I asked about it, Jasmine abruptly took the menu away and said they choose for me — then blamed me for not requesting a flavor. I told her I didn’t like the color of the nails and asked her for another layer of polish and she also accused me of not saying anything and I I did say something but again she said “no it's OK it's supposed to be like that.” There have been other ongoing issues as well. I was once told I had “solar nails” — which I never did — and was charged extra. Every visit turns into an argument about services or pricing. Even when I asked to have my acrylics soaked off (rather than peeled, which damages the nail bed), she refused to do so properly, despite charging for removal. The same thing happened to a friend of mine. After repeatedly dealing with this attitude, inconsistent pricing, and poor service, I’m done with this salon.

I had the best experience I've ever had going to this nail salon. The lady who did them, I believe was Julie? I originally had an appointment with Jenny, and unfortunately I'm not sure which one helped me but damn! She did an incredible job with my nails. I was leaving that day for a weekend festival and she did not disappoint. She took such good care the whole process, she was professional, gentle and had good energy, especially for it being first thing in the morning. I live in Washington and this is my favorite salon now, I'll only be coming back here. The service was beyond excellent and my nails turned out better than my original idea. Well worth the drive after a friend had suggested this salon.

Amazing first experience here. The lady who did my nails, Jasmine, was so nice and accommodating. She really took her time to make them look clean and like a natural nail. Also did a good job on my brows and lip waxing.

I’ve been a customer for over a year now. I’ve tried almost all nail salons in Oregon City, Canby, and Milwaukie and Lamour Nails and Spa will always be my favorite place to go. Jenny is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had- they are all so friendly and make sure you are getting what you want! I always get a shellac or dip full set and I’ve really picky on my nail shape and Jenny always does a beautiful job on shape and colors. I can take any idea I find on Pinterest and Jenny is able to do it perfectly. I honestly love my nails every time i leave. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

Exceptional. Love my Chocolate nails and toes for Valentine’s 🤎🤎🤎🤎 Jenny did me up RIGHT. I showed her a pic of what I wanted, and she came through without hesitation. Very talented and fast on her feet. Her work is solid and her shaping is perfection. Clean salon, schedule managed seamlessly. Pedicure was so relaxing and pleasant. *update* I am scheduled for a fill this weekend but wanted to show how amazing their work is. This latest photo is three weeks growth and the nails themselves are STRONG and still so pretty. This place is the one 💯
