2025-11-20Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. First-time customer, and honestly, I won’t be returning. I walked in for my appointment and stood at the front desk for over five minutes while multiple employees walked right past me and completely ignored me. Not a single person acknowledged me. I’ve never experienced anything like that at a salon before and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. I came in for a full acrylic set, and within four days my nails already look grown out because the tech didn’t bother with cuticle work or even basic prep. For $75 (before tip!), I expected at least standard service. Most salons finish by rubbing lotion into your hands and arms but not here. They did the bare minimum and rushed me out. The customer service overall? Awful. No smiles, no friendliness, no effort. The energy felt rude and dismissive, like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to be there. It was genuinely uncomfortable. I left nearly $100 lighter for nails that look rushed and will probably need to be redone within a week. Absolutely not worth it. I’ll stick with my regular salon where they treat you like a valued client and actually take pride in their work unlike this place, which charges premium prices for subpar results and zero respect.

2025-05-14It’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The employees were nice and even made a recommendation when I was unsure if gel or dip powder would fit my lifestyle best. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely be coming back. Which reminds me, they have a cool reward system for loyal customers too!
